New U-Type Solar Collector

The new U-type solar heat pipe is composed of one lesser copper pipe and another bigger copper pipe. And the pipeline of new U-type is composed of two transverse parallel water pipes and several vertical parallel equidistant new U-type pipes. The new U-type solar collector is composed of pipeline, insulation, vacuum tubes and frame. Heat Collecting Principle: The vacuum tubes absorb the solar energy to be heat energy, then heat energy is transferred from aluminium sheet to the outer copper pipe. The cold water flows from inlet to outlet through inner copper pipe to the outer copper pipe. So that the heat energy is transferred from solar collector to the water tank.
